For residential customers with seasonal contracts, we typically begin service once snowfall reaches 2 inches and complete all routes within 8 hours of the end of snowfall. Commercial properties with priority service receive attention first, often before or during snowfall. During major storms, we may make multiple passes to keep high-priority areas accessible. Our exact timing depends on storm severity, total accumulation, and your service agreement.

Our standard residential service includes clearing your driveway, front walkway, and steps/entrance area. For commercial properties, we clear parking lots, access roads, loading areas, and main walkways. All services include basic de-icing of cleared areas. Additional services like roof snow removal, expanded walkway clearing, or specialized de-icing treatments are available as add-ons to your service package.

Per-visit service means you pay only when we plow, typically after 2+ inches of snowfall. You can request service as needed. Seasonal contracts cover unlimited plowing for the entire winter season (typically November through March) for a set price, regardless of snowfall frequency. Seasonal contracts receive priority scheduling and often represent better value during snowy winters. They also provide budget certainty as your cost remains the same regardless of winter severity.

Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency snow removal services for both residential and commercial customers. While contract customers receive priority, we make every effort to accommodate emergency requests as quickly as possible. Emergency service is subject to availability and may carry additional charges depending on timing, conditions, and whether you're an existing customer. We take several precautions to protect your property. Before winter, we conduct a property assessment to mark obstacles, delicate landscaping, and property boundaries. Our operators are highly trained and use equipment appropriate for your property type. We use rubber-edged plows when appropriate and lift blades when crossing sensitive surfaces. In the rare event damage occurs, we're fully insured and will promptly address any issues. We recommend removing obstacles and marking special features before the snow season begins.

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards, checks, and electronic payments (ACH transfers). Seasonal contracts can be paid in full or through our monthly payment plan. Commercial accounts can be invoiced with net-30 terms upon credit approval. We offer auto-pay options for recurring services, and all transactions are securely processed. For seasonal contracts, we offer early-bird discounts when paid in full before November 1st.
